Kaduna State Water Board

CAS developed the customer enumeration and digital mapping program for the Kaduna State Water Board in Kaduna Town. This World Bank-assisted project utilized GPS and GIS block mapping technology to identify and manage customers. CAS conducted training sessions for staff and enumeration surveyors on customer data gathering, documentation, management, and the use of GPS and GIS equipment.

Ogun State Water Corporation
$750,000

CAS implemented the customer enumeration and digital mapping program for the Ogun State Water Corporation, supported by the World Bank. Through the use of GPS and GIS block mapping technology, CAS successfully identified and managed over 50,000 customers across seven commercial business centers. Training was provided to staff and enumeration surveyors on customer data gathering, documentation, management, and the operation of GPS and GIS equipment.

Kaduna State Water Board

CAS was involved in developing the customer enumeration and digital mapping program for the Kaduna State Water Board, a project supported by the World Bank. Through the use of GPS and GIS block mapping technology, CAS effectively identified and managed customers in Kaduna Town. The consultancy provided training to staff and enumeration surveyors on customer data gathering, documentation, management, and the operation of GPS and GIS equipment.

Cross River State Water Board
$2,580,000

In collaboration with the World ORT Union in London, CAS provided Management Consultancy Services for the Cross River State Water Board multi-state water supply project. As part of this initiative funded by the African Development Bank, CAS undertook various tasks to enhance water distribution operations. These included customer enumeration, identifying illegal connections, updating billing and collection systems, developing customer databases, and creating digital maps of properties, water mains, and service connections. CAS also played a vital role in automating the board's financial, accounting, restructuring, asset management, inventory control, valuation, commercialization, and computerization operations, preparing the corporation for commercialization.

Adamawa State Water Board

CAS was contracted by the Adamawa State Water Board in a World Bank-assisted project to computerize all water board operations. The consultancy developed a customized and CIMS compatible database, managed the financial structure and implementation of the project, and provided staff training in the handling of custom software.

Kaduna State Water Board

Edo State Government
$2,580,000

CAS was contracted by the Edo State Government to provide financial advisory and consulting services for the procurement of development finance towards infrastructure and poverty alleviation projects.

Cross River State Water Board
$853,000


CAS contributed to the financial management systems development for the newly commercialized Cross River State Water Board Limited. The consultancy provided implementation and training services as part of the Cross River State Water Supply Project, which received assistance from the African Development Bank Group.

World Bank National Water Rehabilitation | Nigeria

Under the World Bank National Water Rehabilitation Project (National Training Network) coordinated by the National Water Resources Institute in Kaduna, CAS/CTR Development provided water pump design, selection training, and in-billing consulting for State Water Boards across Nigeria.

We established systems for surplus water accounting, data efficiency, meter reading, billing and collection, analysis, and supervision for water institutions including the Delta State Water Board,  the Imo State Water Corporation, the Rivers State Water Corporation, the Akwa lbom State Water Board, and the Cross River State Water Board.

Effurun Water supply project - AFDB | Warri-Jeffurun, Nigeria

Delta State Government contracted CAS for the provision of financial advisory consultancy and project monitoring services for the Africa Development Bank-assisted Warri-Effurun water supply project. Delta State Government contracted CAS to provide long term project management and advisory services for their African Development Bank assisted project.

Taraba State Water Supply Agency - AFDB | Jalingo, Nigeria

Taraba State Government contracted CAS to provide finiancial intermediation, management and advisory services for an African Development Bank financed Taraba State Water Project.

Operational Audit of Ikeja HotelPlc. | Owners of Lagos Sheraton Hotel, Nigeria

CAS carriedout an operational audit of this Investment Holding Company, owners of Lagos Sheraton Hotel and Federal Palace Hotel. A. new management structure and human resources development plan to strengthen the position of Hit in the take-over bid of the multi-million Naira Federal Palace Hotels was established with the new structure, IHL has been growing from strength to strength.

National Seed Services - World Bank | Ibadan, Nigeria

CAS collaborated on the development of a computerized commercialization and marketing  model. This project was actively supported by the World Bank under the Agricultural Development Project.
